حذف الحساب
مسارات المرافق للصيانة والنظافة — تطبيق "بريق"
يوضّح هذا المستند الإجراءات المتاحة لمستخدم تطبيق "بريق" لحذف حسابه، وأنواع البيانات التي يتم حذفها، والبيانات التي يُحتفظ بها لأسباب تنظيمية أو تشغيلية، والمدد المرتبطة بذلك، وذلك التزامًا بمتطلبات متجر Google Play والأنظمة السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
أولًا: حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق
- افتح تطبيق "بريق" وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
- اضغط على تبويب "الملف الشخصي" من الشريط السفلي.
- من قسم "إدارة الملف الشخصي" اضغط على "معلومات الحساب".
- انزل إلى أسفل الشاشة واضغط على "حذف الحساب".
- أدخل كلمة المرور في النافذة التي تظهر، ثم اضغط "حذف".
يتم تنفيذ الحذف فور تأكيده، وتُنهى جلستك على جميع الأجهزة مباشرة.
ثانيًا: طلب الحذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني
إذا قمت بحذف التطبيق من جهازك ولم تعد قادرًا على الوصول إلى شاشة حذف الحساب، يمكنك تقديم طلب الحذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني وفق الخطوات التالية:
- أرسل رسالة إلى البريد الرسمي: bareeqoppration@gmail.com
- اجعل عنوان الرسالة: "طلب حذف حساب — تطبيق بريق".
- اذكر في متن الرسالة: الاسم الكامل، ورقم الجوال المُسجَّل به الحساب (+966...)، والبريد الإلكتروني المُسجَّل إن وُجد.
- سيتم التحقق من هويتك عبر وسيلة التواصل المُسجَّلة، ثم تنفيذ الحذف خلال مدة أقصاها 30 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب واكتمال التحقق.
ثالثًا: البيانات التي يتم حذفها
عند اكتمال طلب الحذف يتم إزالة البيانات التالية من أنظمتنا التشغيلية:
- الاسم الكامل والاسم الظاهر داخل التطبيق.
- رقم الجوال والبريد الإلكتروني المُسجَّلين.
- كلمة المرور ورموز الجلسات والأجهزة المرتبطة بالحساب.
- الصورة الشخصية وأي بيانات ملف شخصي أُضيفت من قِبل المستخدم.
- طلبات الخدمة وسجل الحجوزات.
- الصور المرفقة بطلبات الخدمة.
- الرسائل المُرسَلة عبر "تواصل معنا".
- رصيد المحفظة وسجل معاملاتها.
- التقييمات والملاحظات المكتوبة من قِبل المستخدم.
- بيانات الموقع الجغرافي المرتبطة بجلسات المستخدم.
- تفضيلات اللغة والإعدادات الشخصية.
رابعًا: البيانات التي يُحتفظ بها ومددها
قد يُحتفظ ببعض البيانات لفترات محددة بعد حذف الحساب، وذلك للامتثال للأنظمة السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية أو للالتزامات التعاقدية أو لأغراض المحاسبة والمراجعة. هذه البيانات تُعزل عن الاستخدام التشغيلي وتُقيَّد لأغراض المرجعية القانونية فقط:

خامسًا: أثر الحذف
- لا يمكن استرجاع الحساب أو البيانات المحذوفة بعد إتمام عملية الحذف.
- يتم إلغاء جميع الجلسات النشطة على كل الأجهزة فورًا.
- لن تتمكن من الوصول إلى التقارير أو السجل التاريخي الخاص بحسابك.
- إذا رغبت في استخدام التطبيق مرة أخرى، سيتعيّن إنشاء حساب جديد من البداية.

Account Deletion
Masarat Al-Marafiq for Maintenance and Cleaning — "Bareeq" application
This document explains how a user of the "Bareeq" application can delete their account, which data is deleted, which data is retained for regulatory or operational reasons, and for how long. It is published in compliance with the Google Play data-deletion requirements and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Deleting your account from within the app
- Open the "Bareeq" application and sign in to your account.
- Tap the "Profile" tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Under "Profile Management", tap "Account info".
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Delete account".
- Enter your password in the dialog, then tap "Delete".
Deletion is executed immediately upon confirmation, and your session ends on all devices at once.
2. Requesting deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled the app and can no longer reach the in-app deletion screen, you may submit a deletion request by email as follows:
- Send an email to the official address: bareeqoppration@gmail.com
- Use the subject: "Account Deletion Request — Bareeq App".
- In the body, include your full name, the mobile number registered on the account (+966...), and the registered email if any.
- Your identity will be verified through the registered contact channel, and the deletion will be completed within 30 days at most from receipt of the request and completion of verification.
3. Data that is deleted
Once the deletion request is completed, the following data is removed from our operational systems:
- Full name and display name in the app.
- Registered mobile number and email address.
- Password, session tokens, and devices linked to the account.
- Profile picture and any profile data added by the user.
- Service requests and booking history.
- Photos attached to service requests.
- Messages sent through the "Contact us" form.
- Wallet balance and transaction history.
- Ratings and notes written by the user.
- Location data associated with the user's sessions.
- Language preferences and personal settings.
4. Data that is retained and for how long
Some data may be retained for defined periods after account deletion in order to comply with regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, contractual obligations, or accounting and audit purposes. This data is isolated from operational use and restricted to legal-reference purposes only:

5. Effect of deletion
- The account and deleted data cannot be recovered after deletion is complete.
- All active sessions on all devices are terminated immediately.
- You will no longer be able to access reports or the historical log of your account.
- To use the app again, a new account must be created from scratch.
